The phone version of Need For Speed Undercover was extremely different. The Tri-City Bay map was kind of disappointing, as it was essentially an altered version of Rockport's map. I think the car models were ported directly from those past Need For Speed games, while they did create new models, such as the Nissan 370Z. The Wii / PlayStation 2 version of Need For Speed Undercover was pretty decent, and the gameplay style, to me, was kind of similar to Need For Speed Most Wanted (2005) and Need For Speed Carbon. I had played the Wii / PlayStation 2, phone and the PC / console versions of Need For Speed Undercover. I think the best NFS physics is somewhere between MW 05 and MW 2012.

It’s way too hard to actually try and play the Pro Street physics because it gives you the feeling like at any given second you could mess up big time, it’s really not even the same as MW 05’s physics. Undercover felt too much like they were trying to make it like Pro Street, Which is actually the worst physics for a NFS game in my opinion. I know it was important to have grip physics for that particular game as well as Carbon, but brake-to-drift physics could actually become in handy especially in pursuits like the way they did it in MW 2012. I just wouldn’t want to keep crashing into the wall every single space I went. MW 05 is an exception to my grip physics opinion. I actually don’t really like grip as much simply because of the fact that you’re constantly crashing into corners and the speed-run-ability factor becomes a little more destructive rather than smooth.
In this case for a game, in Undercover, it felt like Brake-to-Drift physics would’ve actually came in handy for heavy races and pursuits to finish it faster.
